Fast & Furious’ star Paul Walker dies in car crash (E' morto Paul Walker, star di Fast & Furious)

Paul Walker, known for his role as Brian O’Connor in the Fast & Furious franchise, died in a car crash in the community of Valencia in Santa Clarita, about 30 miles north of Hollywood. Walker was also known as a BMW aficionado and raced in the past with an E92 M3 in the RedLine Time Attack series.

Walker was a passenger in a friend’s 2005 Porsche Carrera GT and both were attending a charity event for his organization, Reach Out Worldwide. The car crash took place about 3:30 p.m. (6:30 p.m. ET), about 300 yards from the office park where the event was held.

A statement on the accident from the department said that deputies found the car engulfed in flames when they arrived at the scene.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim has not been identified.

Walker is survived by his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow.
